Cancellations Procedures

  1. If your troop or any of your registered girls will not be able to attend an event that you have registered for, you must let us know in writing at least two weeks before the scheduled event.
  2. This information must be received by the Pensacola Service Center or faxed to the council office at (850) 434-1333 at least 2 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a GSCFP Program Credit.
  3. If the council is notified less than 2 weeks prior to the event date or your group is a no show for an event, then a credit will not be issued.
