- Daisies: K-1 Explore your ever expanding world in a nuturing and safe environment. Daisies do lots of fun things.
- Brownies: Grades 2-3 Be adventurous and bold as you explore the world around you. Brownies do losts of fun and exciting things.
- Juniors: Grades 4-5 Become an agent of change and discover the "power of one" and the "power of team." Join with other girls to plan and do some amazing things.
- Cadettes: Grades 6-8 Navigate your own course or join with other girls to plan an carry out fun events, amazing new adventures, and community projects.
- Seniors: Grades 9-10 Are you interested in high adventure sports, preparing for a career, pitching a tent or traveling to exotic locales?
- Ambassadors: Grades 11-12 You know where you've been, but where do you want to go? Increase your confidence an leadership abilities and prepare for success after high school.

Girl Scouting is Just For Girls! If you are a girl between the ages of 5 and 17, Girl Scouts has a place for you!
No matter what you like to do, you can find Girl Scout programs and activities to suit your interests.
You will learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal-setting, the spirit of teamwork, and the thrill of accomplishment. You will discover, connect and take action concerning the world around you.
Campus Girl Scouts (CGS) was first established in 1920 to support groups of college students who wanted to make an impact on their community through Girl Scouting. Campus Girl Scouts have many diverse roles in Girl Scouting based on their group’s goals and their Girl Scout Council. Campus Girl Scouts have served many purposes in Girl Scouting including being role models, planning events, leading troops, and bringing younger voices into their local councils. Campus Girl Scouts is an organization based around community service, leadership, and Girl Scouting.

Who can join Campus Girl Scouts?
- Members are willing to nationally register as a Girl Scout.
- Members are willing to uphold the ideas and standards of the Girl Scout Law.
Campus Girl Scouts do anything you can think of: volunteer at council sponsored events, serve as troop leaders in their community, volunteer as trainers within their council, plan and facilitate events for girls of all age levels, put together statewide events for Girl Scouts, recruit college students to volunteer with Girl Scouts, and much more. Campus Girl Scouts are adult volunteers organized in a social network to utilize campus opportunities and make lifelong friends while in school.
FSU Campus Girl Scouts was established in Fall 2008 as a serve organization to give back to Girl Scouts in the Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle and beyond. As an organization we hold meetings, host events, and serve as a communication network for students throughout FSU that are interested in volunteering with Girl Scouts.
This year we have many events planned including:
- Campus Girl Scout Retreat for new and returning members to our chapter of Campus Girl Scouts.
- 5 Fit’s Inn programs for Girl Scout Brownies and Girl Scout Juniors.
- “A Night of Mystery” which is a lock-in for Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, to unearth the mystery of the Camp for All Seasons murderer.
- Campus Girl Scouts of Florida Statewide Conference, which is an event to unite current Campus Girl Scouts, girls interested in starting Campus Girl Scouts at their schools, and council Staff who want to learn more about the program from ALL over Florida!
- Girl Scout Legislative Days, which is an event for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors all over Florida to come to Tallahassee and learn about statewide Government, getting involved, and their inner leadership abilities.

FOR EXAMPLE:
- Design hand puppets and put on a show.
- Plant a community garden or pick pumpkins at a farm.
- Collect books for a library or entertain nursing home residents.
- Go camping or hiking with Girl Scout friends and families.
- Plan a picnic or invent a recipe and make snacks together.
- Explore a storybook world of flowers and little girls who do great things together in the Daisy Flower Garden Journey book.
- Earn Watering Can, Honey Bee, and amazing Daisy awards to wear on a vest or sash.

- Plan a hike, bike trip or overnight birthday celebration.
- Camp and make s’mores over a campfire.

- March in a community parade.
- Follow two colorful trails in the new Brownie Quest Journey book. Meet 3 new friends and a bright and shining elf. Uncover the clues and earn three Brownie Quest keys and a lock to proudly wear on a sash or vest.

- Clean up your neighborhood on a scavenger hunt for litter.

- Plan a Girl Scout trip and sell cookies to earn your way.
- Write your own unique "life story."
- Take a powerful journey filled with ceremonies and circles, real-life heroines, and a fashion-savvy spider named Dez who has a lot to say about taking action and making change.

- Sail a boat or paddle off on a kayak adventure with other girls.
- Earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, one of the nation's top youth leadership awards, and make the world a better place.
- Go to camp as a Counselor-in-Training or become an emergency first responder.

- Explore the Galapgos Islands or learn the art of making movies from professional filmmakers on a Girl Scout destination.
- Launch a sustainable recycling project at school or clean up a polluted stream with other Girl Scouts.
- Explore the sometimes rocky road of relationships one twist and turn at a time in the new Amaze Leadership Journey book. Earn three awards and emerge from the maze as a peacemaker.

Use your leadership skills to help a group of younger girls plan an event or sharpen your skills at a leadership conference.
- Make your community a better place. For example, create a program for educating parents on the dangers of lead poisoning or develop an anti-bullying program for children.
- Plan a fun overnight or weekend retreat with other Girl Scout
friends. - Envision an ideal world where society consistently respects the needs, values, and interests of girls. Use your creativity, leadership skills, and knowledge as you take action to make your vision come true in the Girltopia Journey book.

- Visit the historic sights of England and sharpen your leadership skills at the Oxford Leadership Youth Program or complete a challenge training course in Michigan to become a Wilderness First Responder on a Girl Scout travel destination.
- Use your leadership skills to help a group of tween girls plan a meaningful community service project.
- Raft down rapids or enjoy a tent camping, and horseback riding weekend with our High Adventure Teens group.

Get Real! Mentoring Program
The Get Real! Mentoring Program is a special Girl Scout Program offered by Councils across Florida. The Florida Panhandle Get Real! program is a special way for girls to have one on one mentoring, and become a Girl Scout.
The mission of the Get Real! program is to impact school performance and attendance of at risk middle school girls, by increasing their motivation and ability to make positive life choices, with the help from caring community members serving as the girl’s mentors. Get Real! promotes reading and writing opportunities to help improve literacy skills.
- This Girl Scouting program was inspired as a part of the Governor’s Mentoring Initiative.
- Girls are volunteer participants and parent permission is required.
- Small Group Sessions are based on a 30-week program, alternating weekly between small group discussions and individual mentoring.
YOU can be a mentor.
Mentors are people who come from all social, economic and educational backgrounds. Mentors have one thing in common; commitment to making a difference in the life of a child.

- Had a special “Night of Elegance” which allowed the girls to practice etiquette skills by getting dressed up, going out to dinner, and viewing the off Broadway show “The Wizard of Oz”

- Had various speakers, who showed girls that they can do anything if they set their mind to it
- Ran Girl Scout Cookie booths, which help girls with literacy, team building, and business skills
